She even played with our toddler kiddo while we went through houses so we could c...

Jill loves to travel to see family and explore new places and cultures.

In addition to her real estate career, Jill serves as one of Boulder’s Housing Commissioners and as a research assistant for the University of Colorado’s Boulder Affordable Housing Research Initiative (BAHRI). She is also the Chairwoman of Congressman Joe Neguse's Small Business Advisory Council, a member of the CU Center for Leadership Board of Directors, and a member of the Sierra Club Political Committee.

Her master’s thesis focuses on housing affordability challenges and opportunities in Boulder.

Whether in real estate, public service, or academia, Jill has witnessed Boulder’s housing shortage first-hand and is a strong advocate for attainable housing. She has worked to ensure access to safe housing through her involvement in mobile home communities, on the board of Thistle, as a volunteer at the Boulder Homeless Shelter, and on Boulder’s Board of Zoning Adjustment. While on City Council, Jill helped liberalize the City of Boulder’s Accessory Dwelling Unit (ADU) policy and advocated for zoning land use reform.

In 2022, she chaired the successful ballot measure 2E, People for Voter Turnout campaign.
