Earlier in her career, Jill was elected to Boulder City Council, where she led major policy initiatives on housing and gun safety. She later served as Congressman Joe Neguse’s first Director of Community Affairs, where she built his award-winning outreach program. Her experience in public service continues to inform her ability to advocate, negotiate, and deliver results for her clients.
Jill has held leadership roles across Boulder’s civic landscape, including serving as Chair of Congressman Neguse’s Small Business Advisory Council and on the boards of New Era Colorado, the Boulder Museum of Modern Art, the Downtown Business Improvement District, the Downtown Boulder Public Policy Committee, CU Center for Leadership, the Sierra Club Political Committee, and Thistle Communities. Her contributions have earned her numerous recognitions, including the BizWest 40 Under 40 Award and the Better Boulder Achievement Award.
